for the people of High Ridge
Dave's Diner wasn't built as a concept or a brand — it was built because High Ridge deserved a place where a meal wasn't rushed, where the coffee was honest, and where you were known by name when you walked through the door.
We source from local farms when we can, bake everything from scratch, and treat every person who sits at our counter the way we'd want to be treated: with warmth, respect, and a plate that shows we actually care.
